Jeffrey Starke
Jeffrey Starke is a distinguished leader and Innovator serving as the General Secretary for the Scottish Rite Valley of Jacksonville, Orient of Florida.
He co-founded the "Knights of Light" and has been instrumental in several organizations, including the founding of the Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle Club and the International Master Bike Builders Association.
A Master Mason and 32-degree Mason, Starke is the Eminent Commander of the Knights Templar 2026 Damascus Commandery # 2 and a York Rite Mason. He has served as Worthy Patron of Mandarin Chapter 292 in Jacksonville for the Order of the Eastern Star and is also a Scottish Rite and Florida Rosicrucian. In 2020, he served as District Deputy Grand Master for the State of Florida District #9.
As a Master Bike Builder, Starke has received numerous awards for his custom bikes and cars over the decades, with iconic creations such as the Terminator Bike and bikes featured in films like "Porky's 1 & 2," "Invasion USA," and "Smokey and the Bandit." His publicly Traded company built motorcycles for notable figures like Jay Leno, Mario Andretti, and Jose Conseco, Jeff also built/restored a replica of Elvis Presley's Panhead showcased in the series "Miami Vice."
Jeff proudly served 24 years in the U.S. Navy, a combat veteran before being honorably discharged and continues to support service members by teaching automotive classes at NAS Jacksonville. Additionally, he is an inventor known for digital technologies, Patent #'s 4,903,004 including the Free-Air Sonar Digital Distance and Measuring system, A.K.A, "Back up Sensors" In 1984 Starke, Pioneered for Sony Corporation and titled by Commercial Carrier Journal as "Big Brother" an Eye in the Sky. when the first text message was sent and trucks could be tracked by satellite leading to the GPS digital age. Later developing advanced combustion heads under the Feuling patents for Harley-based engines. His extensive expertise and passion for innovation shape his success across multiple fields.
Some of his inventions continue to be used by major corporations today.
